Customer Service Apprentice

In apprenticeship, you will learn all things customer service by working with a handful of our departments, learning how each work. This includes;

  • Support customers using a variety of channels (think social media, telephone, email).  
  • Attend on-site training delivered by our trusted provider 
  • The opportunity to complete a variety of placements in different parts of our ‘Retail’ business.
  • Plenty of opportunities for personal development.

 

This will give you an amazing insight into our Customer Hub, and provide you with the skills to develop your career, and will contribute to the completion of a Customer Service qualification, in partnership with Cardiff & Vale College 

 

The role will be based at our Linea site, which is based in St Mellons, Cardiff. The length of this programme is 2 year. For this role you would need a minimum of 2 GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
