Why did you apply for the Welsh Water graduate programme? My brother suggested looking at a graduate programme as they are a great way to learn, develop new skills and transition to the working world. When looking for graduate programmes, Welsh Water appeared, and the Data Science programme looked fascinating. What the team does is so interesting and mind blowing. Whenever talking to people and I mentioned Welsh Water, they all said that it is a job for life. Everyone spoke so highly of the company. It was a no brainer to apply. I am constantly wanting to learn and develop; therefore, the graduate programme was the perfect opportunity for me to grow.
What have you enjoyed most about the Welsh Water graduate programme?
I really have enjoyed every aspect of the graduate programme so far. But what really stands out to me is how much I have learnt so far. I really enjoy that everyday I learn something new and further develop in my roll. The support and help from the company really have been fantastic.
What would you say to anyone thinking about applying for the programme?
It is an excellent way to grow and develop as an individual. If you are willing to learn then this is the programme for you. There are so many opportunities for you to progress within departments and gain a better understanding of the company. The support is second to none and a brilliant company to work for.
