To help us truly create a culture of mutual respect we have developed an EDI Forum which is made up of Inclusivity Ambassadors. Their role is to:
Actively promote all aspects of equality, diversity and inclusivity within their area of work
Get involved in arranging events that help celebrate diversity
Educate employees on diversity and the effects of discrimination
Help with the review of policies and workplace culture documents
Identify areas in which the business can improve its efforts to be more inclusive and help it adapt to ensure everyone has the facilities to be comfortable at work
