Give an overview of your role and what it entails; My role is to support and advise capital delivery and operations for Wastewater treatment works that have planned investment. This starts from the very beginning of the design stage all the way through to commissioning and handover. My main objective is to ensure solutions work from a process science perspective and that all aspects are commissioned correctly with the correct information collated during handover to ensure process knowledge is retained within Welsh Water for the future.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The varied aspects of it, one day you can be in a meeting deciding the best options to build a new part of a wastewater treatment works and the next I could be in the lab assisting and investigating with the commissioning of a scheme.
