What you’ll be responsible for

The Power Platform Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering a wide range of technologies and duties related to Microsoft Power Platform. This includes incident and request management, data collection and analysis, governance and security, monitoring and maintenance, project support, and innovation. The role ensures data integrity, supports automation initiatives, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilites include: 

  1. Triage and manage incident calls and service requests related to Power Platform.
  2. Gather and analyse data from Power Platform sources including Dataverse, PPAC, and COE Toolkit.
  3. Maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to track KPIs.
  4. Ensure compliance with data governance policies and implement security measures.
  5. Monitor platform performance and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  6. Support Power Platform projects and coordinate with IT and business units.
  7. Stay updated with Power Platform features and implement best practices.
  8. Validate and cleanse app and flow data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as Microsoft and Infosys.
  10. Participation in stand-by rota if required.

About you

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Power Platform administration (Power Apps, Power Automate) and familiarity with Microsoft tools (Dataverse, PPAC, COE Toolkit, Power BI).
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and documentation
  • Effective communication
  • Understanding of data governance and security principles
  • Team collaboration and time management
  • ITIL understanding and use of ITSM tools like ServiceNow

Good to know

  • The successful candidate may be required to participate in a standby rota.
