What you’ll be responsible for

 

 

You will join our fantastic team and this role will see you undertaking a variety of duties, including:

 

  1. Serving customers and waiting on tables
  2. Operating the till, handling cash and card payments
  3. To ensure a courteous and friendly service is provided to each and every customer
  4. Striving to develop and improve the customer experience offering
  5. Displaying food items and restocking the counter
  6. Ensure that tables and areas are kept clean and available for customers
  7. Undertaking any other duties as required by the Catering Manager to meet the needs of the business

About you

 

Do you have any experience in kitchen work? Do you have any experience working with brista machine? Have you had any past food hygiene training? If you can have had any of these experiences then we'd love to hear from you!

 

We are looking for candidates who are positive, friendly, can work under their own initiative, and are passionate to work with the general public.

 

Full training will be provided for this role, however if you have any experience of working in the food service or customer service industry, that would be beneficial.

Good to know

  • 3x casual (seasonal) positions available to initially help out over the summer holidays, with potential for shifts after this time.
  • Max of 5 shifts per week and we work 9-3 during winter hours and summer we work 8-5.
  • Llyn Brenig is open 7 days per week therefore regular weekend, and bank holidays working is essential.  
  • A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to start date for all successful applicants.

  • Driving licence and own transport is essential as Llyn Brenig is a remote site, not covered by public transport.
