We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved or be expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a Mechanical Engineering related degree – that’s it!.... no prior experience needed.

Your Graduate scheme

 

You’ll be joining the Asset Planning Team who improve our business by building our asset strategies and standards to a level of international certification and pushing the boundaries of current practices and understanding to deliver value. You will be developing leading outcome delivery capability through robust governance, reporting and assurance to drive efficiency and create a clear line of sight from project through to programme to portfolio. You will also develop world leading Portfolio Management through effective lifestyle planning, costing and interventions for the short, medium and long term under varying scenarios.

 

Your role will include:
 

  • Rotating within the technical functions of Asset Planning Directorate responsible for long term planning.
  • Investment plan optimisation.
  • Asset modelling and optimisation.

Good to know

 

Your graduate scheme will primarily be based North Wales. However, on occasions and with notice you may be expected to travel to sites across the whole of Wales and its borders.
 
Recruitment process: we are running our adverts until December 8th. Should your application meet our criteria, you’ll be sent a short assessment to complete. The second stage of assessment will be an in-person assessment centre, which likely take place at a location in North Wales between February/March 2025. Further information will be provided closer to the time. We are looking for a CV and cover letter that shows off how you will make a difference and add value.
