Summary

Dealing with our initial customer response to sewerage incidents across the business area, undertaking all aspects of sewerage network maintenance both reactively and planned, working within a shift rota as well as participating in standby rota to deliver exceptional customer service. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to customer reported incidents and clearing blockages/jetting and providing detailed feedback on actions taken
  2. Sewer network inspections (including Sewer connections)
  3. Sewer location surveys
  4. Jetting/Flushing/De-silting of Sewers/Lone Working
  5. Planned and reactive maintenance of assets
  6. Liaison with customers and stakeholders
  7. Person entry
  8. Ability to operate and assess asset condition utilising looksee CCTV equipment
  9. Cleaning up affected area following flooding events
  10. Surface water rebate inspections
  11. You will receive job instructions via an electronic work management system and be expected to provide detailed feedback via the same route
  12. Undertaking any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

  • A full UK Drivers Licence is required
  • 5 week shift pattern
