What you’ll be responsible for

 

As a credible member of the Distribution Team you will:

 

  • Report to the Fire Service Liaison Manager and provide business support to the South East Distribution Area.   
  • This will include liaison with members of the Shared Services team, Customers, Operations Supervisors, Customer Resolution Officers, Customer Support Officers and Inspectors, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved at all times. 
  • The successful candidate may also be required to participate in a flexible working  and standby rota.

 

As Administration Support DG2 Coordinator, you will: 

 

  • Ensure all information is updated timely and compliant for all information relating to DG2/3 including analysing low pressure contacts
  • Use of SAP to undertake various requirements of the team, including ISU module, raising and releasing work orders.
  • Proficient use of SRM (Supplier relationship management)  for procurement
  • Ensure all required financial information is compliant and visible, including supporting the DM with monthly accruals. 
  • Management of queries through the central business support mailbox
  • Management and delegation of general enquiries
  • Assist the shared service team with BAU including CMEX as required
  • Ensure all customer incidents within remit to technically complete, are contacted to ensure full resolution of incident prior to closure.
  • Use Operational Performance reports to classify and “TECO” open notifications in SAP, to support highest confidence rating in regulatory reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Network Operational and Technical teams, and other areas of the business, to ensure DCWW meets its performance targets.
  • Undertake other duties as required by the shared service manager

About you

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

 

 

  • Good knowledge of SAP Production is desirable
  • Knowledge of operational business with the ability to ensure excellent customer service in all situations.
  • Experience gained through thorough understanding of Water services delivery and highly competent in terms of Water Services Operations.is desirable
  • Good Communication Skills
  • A proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • The ability to work to defined deadlines and prioritise workload in order to meet those deadlines.

  • 15 month fixed term contract opportunity 
  • Hybrid working between home and office (2 days home, 3 days in Nelson office)
  • Requirement to cover standby (1 in 6) once fully competent
