We are looking for a creative and positive person to join our team!

You'll bring

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for great food and creating memorable experiences
• The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and during peak visitor periods
• Confidence working in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation
• Ability to communicate effectively in English    
• Satisfactory DBS check

About you

Good to know

• Flexible working hours considered (on request)
• The selected candidate will require a basic DBS check prior to starting
• Driving licence and own transport is essential as Llyn Brenig is a remote site, not covered by public transport
• Max of 5 shifts per week and we work 9-3 during winter hours and summer we work 8-5
• Llyn Brenig is open 7 days per week therefore regular weekend, and bank holidays working is essential
